Your Feelings On Race Change...

Okay I was told to move this. I'm getting ready to apply but I was trying to get a feeling regarding this guild's feelings about creating a character of a race not confirmed as playable.

It seems most of you wouldn't mind if a race change had to be made and pretending she was always that race to begin with.

I suppose I could take a risk and create her if you guys don't mind but I had another thought.

Can I create 2 characters (have both approved) so that if the Togruta can't be played I can roll the other?

I like Togruta. They make for very good storylines. Besides, That Sith NPC, Grand Moff Kilran, was responsible for putting down the Togruta uprising, meaning you could have a personal vendetta there.

My opinion would be to stick with the Togruta because I have a very strong feeling they will be in the game. But if you have doubts, then I am sure we can think of something else. I do not know about two characters though, I guess if you only played as one of them and left the other as a backup (just in case character)

I am not the leader, so these are all just little ideas, do not quote me.

Heck, you could have one for the forums, and if that isnt a race on the game, then make a separte for the game and continue to develop the forum one as well. unless that was your idea in the first place, then all I am doing is going in circles... hmmm

I've no problem with it, people would probably be more annoyed with Bioware for not giving the options.
If you have issues with it I suppose you could wear a mask in-game while we role-play; but I'd rather you do a race change than make two characters as I like to keep up with everyone's character and two could be confusing.

I guess, for now, concentrate on the Togruta hoping they'll be a playable race or there might be some way to simulate one IG. If that's not possible I'll decide at that time if I want to create another game character and keep the Togruta as an NPC/Forum type character.
